We are having a boy!

We found out a couple of weeks ago that we are having a boy, so we knew that we had to make a fun video for our pregnancy announcement and gender reveal.  My husband, Ian, and daughter, Lemon, have a cooking show on YouTube, and so we took the "cooking" or "baking" theme and ran with it!  Hilarity ensued, enjoy!

Back to Prenatal Yoga

I attended my first prenatal class, in 3 years, with Susie on Wednesday night.  It brought back so many memories when I sat in that same class, as a brand new mom, not knowing what to expect of motherhood.  This time, I am a second time mom and it was so interesting to sit there, and hear the other moms' fears, concerns, questions and speculations about being a mother.  I just wanted to shout, "You will figure it out!  You will be ok!"  But, everyone has to learn on their own, and no advice you give will help a new mama.  Moms just want to be supported, feel safe, loved and nurtured and that's what I hope to do in this prenatal class my second time around.

Susie was a great teacher, I loved her adjustments, and the next day I could definitely feel those squats and pigeon pose!
