Mommy & Me Yoga

Every Monday Desert Song offers a Mommy & Me yoga class at 10:15am for mamas with babies who are age newborn to crawling.  I got to go this week and my good friend Peri was subbing for Michelle, it was such a lovely surprise!  Peri designed those Sing & Play Yoga Cards I talked about here, and is offering another Sing & Play class at Desert Song on Saturday, August 20th.

I loved going to Mommy & Me yoga with Lemon so I wanted to keep the tradition alive and take Indy, my new 2 month old baby, as well.  He had just as much fun as Lemon (my 4 year old) used to, and so did I.  I think yoga with your new baby is so important, it's such a great bonding experience.  We had so much fun and I can't wait to go again next week!

Peri's Sing & Play Yoga at Desert Song!

Peri Miller's Sing & Play yoga class is coming to Desert Song this Saturday at 10:15am!  We recently had a chance to play with her new Sing & Play yoga cards and LOVED them!  This is going to be such an awesome class for you and your kiddo (newborn to crawling).  Dads are welcome too!  Register online here or by calling the studio, you won't want to miss it!
