Mommy & Me Yoga
The first time I went to Mommy & Me yoga at Desert Song was the first time I ever felt connected to my baby girl. It was also the first time we did something aside from just me changing diapers and changing our clothes! I really felt a connection and bond begin to form, by doing this class with her, and I would recommend it to all new mamas out there!
